Last night at 2:00 in the morning, after dees bust Scoop Winamax and other series, I ended up eating a small bubble of his store: the bubble sat WPT National Cannes. 24 players to start € 150 buy-in and a single package at € 2,750 to be taken.
As often now, I registered late, 30 minutes after the start. This is really not a concern on this tournament with a beautiful structure.

The beginning of a tournament was held almost without a hitch. I managed to get a stack quietly. With just more than 6 players, I’m 2nd in chips and rather serene. That’s when I take a bad shot with the first AK allin preflop vs K9 and K9 that affects two pair. I find myself short stack of rugs but I can not send me up on anything either. As por taunt me, the wise guy who took my chips with his two pair, pays a carpet with JT to hit the flop and XTT take a huge lead on the TF.

Even though part of me is yelling, the other remains calm. I avoid the tilt mode and I’m leaving grinder. Finally it pays and we’re soon as 3 … 3 without the villain who spew all his huge stack by wanting to put too much pressure (symdrôme the chip leader). The two remaining players are serious. The chip leader has 63k, 30k and I have a 3rd thief 25k. Needless to say we are all very motivated! I end up at 50k, the CL decreased to 57k and the 3rd player is short with 12k (blinds 400/800). I take a pocket 10 to exit the short stack who will push with A9 off.

When heads-up I start my opponent 56k and 63k. We exchanged our tokens until a fateful blow almost:

I raise to 2000 with and my opponent quickly shove allin. I cover and I pay. It shows . The board gives me false hope with a K on the flop and a 6 river.

It remains then only 15k and 105k CL.

But once I double with A8 vs 99 and then later again with a straight flush vs.

Until the fateful blow: I have 40k to 80k and my opponent. He raises to 2500, I 3bet and shove it. In hindsight, I think I was a little AT suited for pay in this light spot … It shows and even if I my pussy Ten, there flush her pussy river. Bim. It stings.
